MOSCOW, Dec 31 (PRIME) – The Russian consumer price inflation index amounted to 3% in 2019, the central bank said on Tuesday, quoting the Federal State Statistics Service.
However, the Federal State Statistics Service is yet to publish its 2019 inflation indicators.
